You can get our Tax Organizer in PDF format by signing up for our newsletters on the left side of this page or contact us and we’ll mail you a Personalized Tax Organizer along with a large self addressed envelope to mail your tax papers back to us.
Once you’ve received it, print it out and fill in the necessary information. When you’re done, place your Tax Organizer along with your tax documents into an envelope and mail these to the address shown on the organizer or set up an appointment.
